The video always outruns the buffer. There's no issue with my connection, it happens in every browser, and it's only on YouTube. I really hate having to pause and wait for the buffer to build before watching any video. Does anyone know if something specific could be causing this problem?

That would be odd. It'd only cost the ISP more in transfer costs through tiers. Then again, maybe Raven is watching odd fetish movies that nobody else in the vicinity views. Like zentai inflation. Two fetishes, in one!

Either I've never noticed or it's a new feature, but I can set the videos to 240p and that helps a little bit. It still doesn't make sense, because Comedy Central videos, of all places, stream fine for me. 240p is a drastic quality reduction, though.

Try adding &fmt=18 to the urls if there's no quality selection. That tends to speed up things for me a -lot-.
