Finally hit 80 on my DK. Been really slow up until a few days ago because school only broke off for the year a few days ago. Enjoying the perks of being 80 but. Are DK tanks viable, and if so what spec is the best? I'm hearing that both Frost and Unholy can tank.

I think Unholy tanks casters better while Frost is better for physical. Also, a Frost DK has very little reason to lose any PvP encounter ever if they can play worth a damn.

Also, I am almost 77 as a resto druid solo questing! I enjoy pain! Even more now that I am back on a PvP server!

Heh, Vladinub what BG battlegroup are you in btw?

Here's me : http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... Bustahwolf

Currently PvP spec to do Wintergrasp and BGs for the week mainly before PvP gear and new arena season starts. The Owl trinket is good until I get 25 man trinket drop, Forethought Talisman or whatever. 2150-ish + healing with Earthliving Weapon on, 505 haste for some fast ass heals. With tidal waves I'm looking at 0.8 lesser healing waves. 2.1 Chain Heals. It's fun!

Resto shaman is pretty ridiculous. Can outlast anyone in duels even without resilience currently. We're recruiting for 25 man now since after raping the 10 man content we got bored.

To be honest I'm a lot more afraid of a good unholy DK than a frost one.

You, however, are in my group Dray.

Not that my friends and I will really grow beyond mediocre in arena.

Decided to pick up my warrior again. Currently shockwave and S&B are awesome.

I'm in the vindication battlegroup. I refuse to arena though, especially now that blues require arena rating. Thank god for plate and the ability to finally prot pvp.

Dray, I hope I'm in the same arena bracket. I tried being resto for a bit on my shaman "Hamthesham", but then I realized with low sta on gear and low restilance, burst rules king. So I swapped back to ele and demolished teams with my mage friend. I know it might be different in the higher brackets, but we literally 3 shot team members up til 1600s til we stopped for the night.

Ah well, I've cleared Naxx 10 man, OBS 10 man, need to start on Malygos this week. WOTLK is alot funner end game than TBC was, but leveling sucked for some reason.

I hear the grating of a sandy vag. No offense intended, I just remembered there being an obscene amounts of trinkets as quest rewards.

And of which the on use effect is substantially better. Remember, you don't spend 100% of your time in battle, so if you actually use the thing (in combination with other cooldowns) the end result is better.

Um, I've been noticing that I can AoE tank now. And where did all the druid tanks go? It does make it feel really easy now, that I can hold aggro with a just a tclap and shockwave.
