I've tried to find soccer interesting. Several times. A lot of my buddies like it. It just does nothing for me. Like that play for instance, there's nothing aesthetically cool about it. It's a guy kicking a ball super hard. There's nothing of interest or any theatrics.

Gee, that sounds like every single other sport to me. Save for the one I actively participate in.

Sports aren't interesting to watch until you learn to watch them.

Ie Baseball. I am the only person I know who enjoys watching baseball. This is dually strange because I possess a vagina rather than that fleshy mess you people have growing out of you.

I personally love watching baseball. Too bad the only teams I can watch on a regular basis without coughing up extra dough are the Yankees and Mets, the two teams I hate.

It actually makes sense Myth. Baseball is slow, dull and nonviolent.

I love football of both varieties as well, Kaz. These things usually end with me yelling violent obscenities as the television, so I try not to make a habit of it. WAY TO BE SEXIST

What I meant to say is you're a little old lady knitting a sweater, sitting on a rocking chair on your porch listening to baseball on the radio

Rashard was totally fucked the moment he took the fight. It wasn't really that surprising.
Serra vs Hughes was pretty good, fucking shame Serra lost but.

I used to really enjoy watching baseball. Unfortunately, there are two factors causing me to lose interest.

One is the time factor... 30 years ago, the average game didn't take much more than 2 hours to play.

Second is the raging cynicism that grows within me as I get older. Too much money has ruined the game, in all kinds of ways (including umpiring).

Losing interest in many of the major sports for that reason. Curiously, I'm gaining interest in hockey at the same time.

Huet is a very good goaltender but he needs to come in hot and stay hot. If he hasn't played in a while and/or if he's not getting shelled during the game, he's boned

Still, it doesn't excuse the fact that Chicago only scored one goal and took a bunch of shitty penalties

I don't watch hockey often but it was all over the television afterwards so I heard all about it.

Layoffs are tough. Kid had the same problem.

The ending to Jacare-Miller was unfortunate.

Yeah hell, I feel for Kid. Warren put on a decent attempt though and deserved the win.
Mmmm I really wanted Mayhem to win it, did you see him swearing off at Jacare? Anyways that kick was borderline accidental, very hard to call it.

I'm pretty excited for the series cause I started to like Pitsburgh in the playoffs and I love the wings. Hopefully Lidstrom and Datsyuk get healthy.
