It's pretty good. And I'm not just saying that because Timothy Olyphant awakens latent homosexual feelings in me.

Nah, just the first batch of episodes.

Wow. Getting that clarified makes me glad I started glancing back through this thread. It must be at least a year now that I had this nagging worry that I was living in a parallel universe from some of you-- ever since I first saw Cass mention Fringe as something to watch. The first few episodes made me want to vomit out my ears, they were so painful.

If I were to give the show a second chance, how many episodes would I have to skip to get past the shit-coated train wreck?

Considering the show's current trajectory I don't know that I'd recommend watching it at all. That said, it's something like the first third to half of season 1 that's utter crap, then it gets pretty good for a while.

Fringe is shit now. Utter shit. I thought they could pull out of their downward spiral at the end of season three but it has just gotten utterly horrible.

If you are cool with just watching a small portion of the show then go for it, but if you want resolution on things don't because it will become unbearable in season three.

Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.

Good grief this show is ridiculous.

So.. The Hunger Games. Not bad actually, right. Hopefully some of the Twilight teens migrate.

And.. Prometheus? I do crave some space horror blockbuster. It's no Event Horizon, but it's something.

That is, good if the scare comes as much from the human relation facing the aliens.

When human relation is the scary alien.

Californication is the most satisfying show on television right now.

I actually thought that episode was meh (face punching aside), but the rest of the season has been pretty good.

I thought it was a great way to set up the season finale. The season's theme: "Hank becoming a better person, while everyone shits on him," condensed into one (really fucking long) party, with all kinds of fucked up shit going on behind closed doors; pushing Hank to beat the shit out of the loathsome asshole that symbolizes the person he used to be. The way he slapped him was amazing too.

Man, that should have ended with Jesse and Walter Jr. eating breakfast in Los Pollos Hermanos with a closeup on Jesse eating pancakes.

Avengers actually lived up to the hype. So good.

Apparently Mark Ruffalo signed on to 6 more movies which is good, cause I actually quite liked him as Banner.
